CVE-2023-38363 is a vulnerability affecting IBM CICS TX Advanced 10.1, where the secure attribute is not set on authorization tokens or session cookies, potentially exposing cookie values to attackers. This vulnerability can be exploited by sending a malicious http:// link to a user or embedding it in a website visited by the user.
