Summary
CVE-2023-38219 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that affects Adobe Commerce versions 2.4.7-beta1 and earlier, 2.4.6-p2 and earlier, 2.4.5-p4 and earlier, and 2.4.4-p5 and earlier. This vulnerability allows a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious scripts into vulnerable form fields, which can then be executed in a victim's browser when they visit the page containing the vulnerable field. The payload is stored in an admin area, resulting in high confidentiality and integrity impact. To remediate this vulnerability, organizations should update to the latest version of Adobe Commerce that includes the necessary security patches.
