Summary
CVE-2023-38193 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting SuperWebMailer version 9.00.0.01710. This issue enables Remote Code Execution (RCE) through a specially crafted sendmail command line. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a malicious email with a carefully designed command, leading to the execution of arbitrary code on the affected system. Successful exploitation could result in unauthorized system access, data theft, or further compromise of the targeted network. System administrators are strongly advised to update SuperWebMailer to the latest version to address this security concern.
