Summary
CVE-2023-38155 is a newly discovered remote code execution vulnerability affecting Azure DevOps Servers. Malicious actors can exploit this issue by sending specially crafted webhooks to targeted instances, leading to arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation allows attackers to gain control over the affected server and potentially steal sensitive data or deploy malware.
