Summary
CVE-2023-37990 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 2.1.4 and below of the Mike Perelini Pro plugin. This issue allows an attacker to trick a user into performing an unwanted action on a web application, such as changing account settings or making unintended purchases. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by crafting a malicious request that the user's browser sends to the web application, bypassing the user's intended actions. Successful exploitation can lead to data theft, account takeover, or other malicious activities. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of the plugin to mitigate this risk.
