Summary
CVE-2023-37917 is a vulnerability affecting KubePi, an open-source Kubernetes management panel. Normally, users can only create and update user permissions. However, they can exploit this issue to edit the `isadmin` value in a request, thereby gaining administrative control of KubePi. This vulnerability has been addressed in version 1.6.5, and users are strongly advised to upgrade as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are no known workarounds for this issue, making timely upgrades crucial for maintaining the security of KubePi implementations.
