Summary
CVE-2023-37856 is a vulnerability found in PHOENIX CONTACT's WP 6xxx series web panels prior to version 4.0.10. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker with low privileges to gain limited read-access to the device-filesystem through a configuration dialog within the embedded Qt browser. The National Vulnerability Database rates this vulnerability as medium severity with a base score of 4.3 out of 10. To remediate this vulnerability, users are advised to update their PHOENIX CONTACT web panels to version 4.0.10 or later.
