Summary
CVE-2023-37301 is a vulnerability affecting the SubmitEntityAction function in Wikibase, a component of MediaWiki. This issue, which exists up to version 1.39.3, arises from the lack of use of the EditEntity function for undo and restore operations. Consequently, interactions with the AbuseFilter do not function as intended, potentially leading to security vulnerabilities.
