Summary
CVE-2023-37285 is a vulnerability affecting multiple Apple operating systems, including iOS 15.7.8 and iPadOS 15.7.8, macOS Big Sur 11.7.9, macOS Monterey 12.6.8, and macOS Ventura 13.5. An out-of-bounds read issue was identified, which could potentially allow an app to access unintended memory locations. The vulnerability has been addressed with improved bounds checking, but if successfully exploited, an attacker could execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges.
