Summary
CVE-2023-37190 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Issabel's issabel-pbx version 4.0.0-6. This issue allows attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts or HTML into the Virtual Fax Name and Caller ID Name parameters under the New Virtual Fax feature. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability enables the attacker to execute malicious code on the victim's browser, potentially leading to unauthorized access or data theft. Users are advised to update their software to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
