Summary
CVE-2023-3694 is a critical vulnerability affecting the SourceCodester House Rental and Property Listing 1.0 software. This issue arises due to insufficient input validation in the index.php file, which exposes the system to SQL injection attacks. An attacker can manipulate the keywords/location argument to inject malicious SQL commands and gain unauthorized access to sensitive data. The vulnerability can be exploited remotely, and the exploit code has already been made public. The Vulnerability Database (VDB) has assigned the identifier VDB-234245 to this vulnerability.
