Summary
CVE-2023-36877 is a new vulnerability affecting Azure Apache Oozie, an open-source workflow scheduler system used for managing Hadoop jobs. This issue allows an attacker to spoof workflow jobs and execute arbitrary commands with high privileges. The vulnerability lies in the way Oozie handles user input, allowing attackers to manipulate job submissions and execute unauthorized actions.
