Summary
CVE-2023-36825 is a deserialization vulnerability affecting the Orchid Laravel package, version 14.0.0-alpha4 and earlier. The issue lies in the handling of the `_state` query parameter, which can result in remote code execution when untrusted data is deserialized. Orchid is used for building back-office applications, admin panels, and dashboards, making this vulnerability particularly dangerous. Users must upgrade to version 14.5.0 or any subsequent patches to mitigate this risk. No known workarounds are available.
