Summary
CVE-2023-36592 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ). An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted MSMQ message to a target system, resulting in arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to gain control of the affected system and potentially execute malicious commands. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to organizations that use MSMQ and have not yet applied the available patch. It is strongly recommended that affected systems be updated as soon as possible to mitigate this threat.
