Summary

CVE-2023-36468 is a vulnerability found in XWiki Platform, a generic wiki platform used for building applications. The vulnerability occurs when an XWiki installation is upgraded and includes a fix for a bug in a document. However, even after the upgrade, the vulnerability can still be exploited by adding specific parameters to the URL. This allows remote code execution and poses a critical risk to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the entire XWiki installation. Additionally, manually added script macros are also affected by this vulnerability.
