Summary

A critical vulnerability, identified as CVE-2023-3625, has been discovered in the Suncreate Mountain Flood Disaster Prevention Monitoring and Early Warning System up to version 20230706. This vulnerability affects the Duty Write-UploadFile component, specifically in the /Duty/AjaxHandle/Write/UploadFile.ashx file. By manipulating the Filedata argument, an attacker can exploit this vulnerability to perform unrestricted file upload.
