Summary

CVE-2023-3615 is a vulnerability affecting the Mattermost iOS app. The issue lies in the app's inability to adequately validate the server certificate during TLS connection initiation. As a result, a network attacker can successfully intercept the WebSockets connection, potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data exchanged between the app and the server.
