Summary
CVE-2023-3584 is a vulnerability affecting Mattermost, an open-source team collaboration platform. This issue permits an authenticated attacker to create a new team with a specific team override scheme, bypassing the authorization check during a POST request to /api/v4/teams. The attacker must possess prior knowledge of the Target Team Override Scheme ID to exploit this vulnerability.
