Summary

CVE-2023-35386 is a Windows Kernel Elevation of Privilege vulnerability. Maliciously crafted input can be used to manipulate the Windows Kernel and grant unauthorized access to higher privileged functions, potentially leading to system compromise. An attacker could exploit this flaw to install unauthorized software, view, change, or delete sensitive data, or create new accounts with full user rights. Microsoft has released a patch to address this vulnerability, and it is strongly recommended that users install the update as soon as possible to protect against potential attacks.
