Summary
CVE-2023-35297 is a remote code execution vulnerability affecting Windows Pragmatic General Multicast (PGM) protocol. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted PGM packets to a targeted system, resulting in arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the PGM service. Successful exploitation may lead to significant security risks, including data theft, unauthorized system access, or network disruption.
