Summary
CVE-2023-35176 is a newly identified cybersecurity vulnerability affecting certain HP LaserJet Pro print products. This issue permits an attacker to induce a buffer overflow or cause a denial of service condition via the backup & restore feature accessible through the embedded web service on the affected devices. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code or disrupt the printing functionality of the devices.
