Summary

CVE-2023-35174 is a vulnerability that affects Livebook, a web application for writing interactive and collaborative code notebooks. On Windows, opening a `livebook://` link from a browser can trigger arbitrary code execution on the victim's machine through Livebook Desktop. All Windows users using Livebook Desktop are potentially vulnerable to this issue. The vulnerability has been fixed in versions 0.8.2 and 0.9.3 of Livebook.
