Summary
CVE-2023-35016 is a vulnerability found in IBM Security Verify Governance, Identity Manager 10.0. It allows a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system by sending a specially crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../). This vulnerability could be exploited to view arbitrary files on the system. The base severity score for this vulnerability is 6.5, indicating a medium risk level.
