Summary
CVE-2023-3440 is an Incorrect Default Permissions vulnerability that affects Hitachi JP1/Performance Management on Windows. The vulnerable products include JP1/Performance Management - Manager, JP1/Performance Management - Base, and various Agent Options for different applications and servers.
