Summary
CVE-2023-3438 is a vulnerability affecting the MOVE 4.10.x and earlier Windows install service (mvagtsce.exe). The issue lies in an unquoted search path, which an unauthorized local user could exploit to insert arbitrary code. This code execution allows privilege escalation, enabling the attacker to stop antimalware services and potentially gain elevated system access.
