Summary
CVE-2023-34357 is a vulnerability in Soar Cloud Ltd. HR Portal that affects the "tz88qA" and "tz88p_" products. The vulnerability lies in the weak Password Recovery Mechanism for Forgotten Password, where the reset password link sent via email remains valid even after the password has been changed and past the expiration date. This allows an attacker with browser history access or possession of the URL to change the password and take over the account.
