Summary
CVE-2023-3385 is a vulnerability that affects GitLab versions 8.10 to 16.2.2. It allows a user to access and read unrelated files by uploading a specially crafted file while importing a project 'from export'. The issue was caused by a bug in the 'tar' command, which has been fixed in version 1.35.
