Summary

CVE-2023-33404 is an Unrestricted Upload vulnerability in BlogEngine.Net version 3.3.8.0 and earlier. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute remote code due to insufficient validation on the UploadControlled.cs file. The affected products include eSrMby, dtd_2x, dtd_2y, dtd_2z, and dtd_20. To remediate this vulnerability, it is recommended to update BlogEngine.Net to a version that is not affected by this issue. This vulnerability poses a high danger to organizations as it allows remote code execution, potentially compromising the confidentiality and integrity of their systems.
