Summary

CVE-2023-33213 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting version 1.3.0 and below of the wpView plugin's gVectors Display Custom Fields component. An administrative user can exploit this flaw by injecting malicious scripts into a vulnerable website's content, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code in the context of the victim's browser. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized account takeover, data theft, or further compromise of the affected system. Users are urged to update the plugin to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
