Summary
CVE-2023-3315 is a new vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Team Concert Plugin version 2.4.1 and earlier. This issue involves missing permission checks, which enables attackers with Overall/Read access to probe for the existence of arbitrary file paths on the Jenkins controller's file system. An attacker can potentially exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to sensitive information or execute malicious code. It is recommended that users upgrade to a patched version of the plugin as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
