Summary
CVE-2023-33084 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting Internet Explorer (IE) browsers. During the DTLS handshake process, the browser encounters a transient Denial of Service (DoS) issue when processing server-side fragments. This vulnerability can lead to temporary disruptions in the availability of affected websites or services. Attackers may exploit this issue by sending malicious fragments to targeted servers, causing the DoS condition. Users are advised to update their browsers to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
