Summary

CVE-2023-32970 is a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability that affects several versions of QNAP operating systems. This vulnerability, if exploited, could allow authenticated administrators to launch a denial-of-service (DoS) attack through a network. QES is not affected by this vulnerability. The vulnerability has been fixed in various versions of the affected products, including QuTS hero h5.0.1.2515 build 20230907 and later, QuTS hero h5.1.0.2453 build 20230708 and later, and QTS 5.1.0.2444 build 20230629 and later, among others.
