Summary
CVE-2023-32693 is a vulnerability affecting the participatory democracy framework Decidim, written in Ruby on Rails. The vulnerability allows for cross-site scripting, enabling a remote attacker to execute JavaScript code within the context of a logged-in user. This could be exploited to manipulate other users into endorsing or supporting proposals they do not intend to. The issue has been patched in versions 0.27.3 and 0.26.7 of Decidim.
