Summary
CVE-2023-32296 is a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 2.2.9 and below of the Kangu para WooCommerce plugin. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into a website using this unauthenticated XSS flaw, potentially stealing user data or gaining administrative control. Successful exploitation occurs when a user clicks on a specially crafted link, allowing the attacker to execute their code within the user's browser session. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as it can be easily exploited without requiring any prior authentication. Upgrading to the latest version of the plugin is strongly recommended to mitigate this issue.
