Summary

CVE-2023-3155 is a vulnerability in the WordPress Gallery Plugin WordPress plugin before version 3.39. This vulnerability allows an attacker to perform Arbitrary File Read and Delete due to a lack of input parameter validation in the `gallery_edit` function. As a result, the attacker can gain unauthorized access to arbitrary resources on the server. The vulnerability affects multiple products, including various versions of WordPress Gallery Plugin, XMqNOo, bHopi1, UJEphf, oRANk6, and many others. The potential danger posed by this vulnerability is significant as it can lead to unauthorized access and manipulation of files on the server, compromising confidentiality and integrity.
