Summary

CVE-2023-3154 is a vulnerability found in the WordPress Gallery Plugin WordPress plugin before version 3.39. This vulnerability allows an attacker to exploit PHAR Deserialization by taking advantage of a lack of input parameter validation in the `gallery_edit` function, enabling them to gain unauthorized access to arbitrary resources on the server. The affected products include various versions of the WordPress Gallery Plugin and other related plugins. To remediate this vulnerability, it is recommended to update the affected plugin to version 3.39 or later.
