Summary

CVE-2023-31469 is a vulnerability affecting Apache StreamPipes versions 0.69.0 to 0.91.0. The issue lies in an inadequately secured REST interface, which permits regular users with valid login credentials to unauthorizedly gain admin privileges, surpassing their initially granted roles. This vulnerability poses a serious risk to system security. To mitigate this issue, it is recommended to upgrade to the latest version, StreamPipes 0.92.0.
