Summary
CVE-2023-31242 is an authentication bypass vulnerability identified in the OAS Engine functionality of Open Automation Software OAS Platform version 18.00.0072. This issue allows unauthorized access by enabling arbitrary authentication through a specific sequence of network requests. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability to gain unauthorized access to the system, potentially leading to serious security consequences.
