Summary

The vulnerability with the CVE ID CVE-2023-3114 affects Terraform Enterprise versions up to v202207-1. It is caused by a flaw in the implementation of authorization rules for agent pools, allowing unauthorized agents to target workspaces. This vulnerability could potentially enable a workspace to access resources from a higher-privileged workspace within the same organization. The issue has been fixed in Terraform Enterprise v202306-1.
