Summary
CVE-2023-30799 is a privilege escalation vulnerability affecting MikroTik RouterOS versions before 6.49.7 and long-term through 6.48.6. An authenticated attacker, whether using the Winbox or HTTP interface, can exploit this issue to elevate their privileges from admin to super-admin. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, enabling the attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.
