Summary
CVE-2023-30670 is a critical out-of-bounds write vulnerability affecting the BuildIpcFactoryDeviceTestEvent function in libsec-ril before the SMR Jul-2023 Release 1. This issue allows a local attacker to execute arbitrary code by writing beyond the specified memory bounds, potentially leading to significant security compromise.
