Summary
CVE-2023-30650 is a newly disclosed vulnerability that affects the callrunTspCmd function in the sysinput HAL service. This issue permits local attackers to execute arbitrary code due to an out-of-bounds read and write vulnerability. The flaw exists prior to the SMR Jul-2023 Release 1. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating input data and potentially gain unauthorized system control. Organizations using the affected sysinput HAL service are advised to apply the necessary patches as soon as possible to mitigate this risk.
