Summary
CVE-2023-3038 is a newly disclosed SQL injection vulnerability affecting HelpDesk Community version 1.1.10. An attacker can exploit this flaw by crafting malicious SQL queries and sending them to the rows parameter of the jsonGrid route. Successful exploitation may grant the attacker unauthorized access to all information stored within the application. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to organizations using the affected HelpDesk Community version, and it is recommended that users upgrade to a patched version as soon as possible to mitigate this threat.
