Summary
CVE-2023-29313 is a newly disclosed out-of-bounds read vulnerability that affects Adobe InDesign versions ID18.3 and ID17.4.1. This issue permits the reading of sensitive memory, potentially leading to the disclosure of confidential data. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by luring a victim into opening a malicious file, allowing them to bypass Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) mitigations. This vulnerability poses a significant risk, as exploitation does not require advanced privileges and can lead to severe data leakage.
