Summary
CVE-2023-29312 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Adobe InDesign versions ID18.3 and ID17.4.1. This out-of-bounds read issue permits an attacker to access sensitive memory beyond designated boundaries, potentially leading to the leakage of critical data. The vulnerability can be exploited when a user opens a maliciously crafted file. It's worth noting that this weakness could allow bypassing Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) mitigations, making the attack more effective.
