Summary

CVE-2023-28899 is a cyber vulnerability that affects Skoda vehicles. By sending a specific reset UDS request through the OBDII port, an attacker can cause the vehicle engine to shut down and deny service to other vehicle components, even while the vehicle is moving at high speeds.
