Summary

CVE-2023-28791 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 2.3.4 and below of the Gangesh Matta Simple Org Chart plugin. A successful exploit of this weakness allows an attacker to force unintended actions from a user, who is currently authenticated to the application, by making malicious requests on their behalf. This can result in changes to the user's data, including the creation or deletion of records, without their knowledge or consent.
