Summary
CVE-2023-26450 is a vulnerability that affects the "OX Count" web service. It occurs when the web service fails to specify a media-type when processing responses from external resources, allowing for the execution of malicious script code within the victim's context. This vulnerability can lead to session hijacking or triggering unwanted actions through the web interface and API. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would need temporary access to the user's account or lure them to a compromised account. The accepted media-type is being defined to prevent code execution.
