Summary

CVE-2023-26430: This vulnerability allows attackers with user account access to inject arbitrary control characters into SIEVE mail-filter rules. This could potentially grant unauthorized access to restricted SIEVE extensions or disrupt per-user filter processing, necessitating manual cleanup. The mail-filter APIs have been updated with sanitization measures to prevent the propagation of control characters to subsystems. No publicly known exploits are currently available.
