Summary

CVE-2023-2578 is a vulnerability found in the Buy Me a Coffee WordPress plugin before version 3.7. The vulnerability arises from the plugin's failure to properly sanitize and escape certain settings, allowing high privilege users such as administrators to carry out Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks even if the unfiltered_html capability is disabled, such as in a multisite setup.
